Kengo Kuma Sculptural Diffuser
A diffuser set designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, bringing together three quietly atmospheric fragrances — hinoki, tatami and moss — in a delicate, architectural form.
Combining fragrance with a finely structured form inspired by light bamboo construction, the piece was conceived as a miniature expression of Kuma’s first scented work in 2014.
The three scents evoke distinctly Japanese sensory landscapes: the crisp clarity of hinoki cypress, the soft woven calm of tatami, and the cool stillness of moss found in temple gardens. Subtle and contemplative, it functions both as a diffuser and a sculptural object for homes shaped by design, materiality and ritual.
