Scandinavian Studio Pottery Collection
A curated collection of eleven Scandinavian studio pottery pieces, featuring renowned makers such as Carl-Harry Stålhane and John Andersson, produced in Sweden across Rörstrand, Höganäs and Wallåkra during the mid-20th century.
The group brings together a range of forms - from compact bowls to taller, more sculptural vessels - unified by a shared material sensibility. Softly modulated glazes, earthy tones and restrained silhouettes reflect the principles of Swedish modernism, where function and form exist in quiet balance.
Small-scale studio ceramics hold a particular place within Swedish mid-century design. Often produced alongside larger works, these more intimate forms allowed designers such as Stålhane to explore glaze, proportion and surface in a distilled way. Today, they are widely appreciated as collectible objects in their own right.
Each piece is offered individually, allowing for considered selection or the opportunity to build a cohesive grouping. Equally suited to display, use, or collecting.
